What format do you need my logo in?

We ask for EPS files or PDF files. If you only have JPEG, please email that anyway, but there may be a small re-draw fee.

Do you have a minimum order?

Yes, our minimum order value is £20.00 excluding VAT, set up fees & postage. We don’t have a minimum quantity, so you could order just one garment.

Can I bring in my own garments for you to decorate?

Yes, you can bring your own garments to us. We charge £3.99 for a small left chest size logo & £5.99 for a large logo on client own garments. Please contact us first to discuss.

Do you provide samples?

We have a range of our most popular products available at our office in Chesterfield, which you are ver welcome to book an appointment to come and have a look. We also have an extensive range of fabric samples & catalogues.

How long will my order take?

We aim to complete all orders within 7 – 10 working days from the date your order was paid for in full. This depends on the stock being available & how quick proofs are approved. Once your order is ready, it will be shipped within 24 hours.

What are your delivery costs?

Postage is free for orders over £250.00 (ex VAT) or is £7.50 for tracked mainland UK delivery.

Will I see a proof before my order is processed?

Yes, all orders will have a proof which must be approved before we proceed to production.

How much is embroidery?

A standard left chest sized logo (10cm X 10cm) is £3.49 & a large standard logo (25 X 25cm) is £4.99

How can I pay?

We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards or bank transfer. We do not accept cheques.

How much is logo set up for clothing print & embroidery?

We charge £20.00 as a one-off fee to set up your logo for embroidery, this is then kept on file for future orders which you can access for free. If you provide your logo in an EPS file for vinyl print, we wouldn’t charge a set up fee. If the logo is provided in a JPEG, there may be a small charge for the design work. We do not charge a set up fee for text.

How many colours can I have on my garments?

Embroidery – Up to 16 colours

Vinyl print – Up to 3 colours

DTG print – Full colour

Screen Print – Up to 3 colours
