We will provide you with your personalised / non-personalised garments within 7 to 10 working days.

For personalised garments, all estimated delivery time frames are subject to artwork approval being given in an efficient manner. A delay in approval being given or any changes and amendments could result in delivery being longer than initially expected. However, we will always do everything in our power to get an order to you as soon as possible and will keep you informed of the estimated delivery date throughout the order process. 

Delivery tracking

We use APC couriers who provide you with full tracking once your order is dispatched. On the morning of the date of delivery you will receive an email or text message, giving you a one-hour window in which you can expect your order to be delivered. 

APC can also make alternative arrangements with you, such as changing the delivery date or leaving instructions to deliver with a neighbour as you require.

UK delivery prices

  • FREE delivery on all orders £250.00 and over.
  • £7.50 charge if under £250.00

This excludes the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands/Isle Of Man & BFPO. We do not ship outside of the UK.

Giraffe Graphics LTD Returns Policy

  1. You may return any item bought from us within 30 days of delivery providing it is in the original packaging and suitable for resale. We will also pay the return carriage costs (if a receipt is shown) for exchanges or refunds where the return is our error or the material is deemed to be faulty.
  2. Unless incorrectly supplied or deemed to be faulty we cannot accept the return of:
    • Goods that have been embroidered, badged or printed.
    • Goods that have been assembled in line with your requirements.
    • Goods that have been specially procured in line with your requirements and do not form part of our standard range.
  3. This does not affect your statutory rights.

How to make a return

  1. Contact our Customer Services team by calling 01246 766770 or by email to Please have your order number to hand so we can quickly find your account.
  2. Return the unworn garments to us in their original packaging.
  3. We will give you a full refund by the same method you originally used to pay for your order. We aim to complete the refund within 5 working days of receiving the returned items.

Please note

If you have not requested a return within 28 days of receiving your order, we will have assumed you are keeping the goods and will not authorise a return.

Before placing your order, please be careful to check product size information. As we supply garments from different manufacturers there is no such thing as a standard size. On every product, there is accurate sizing information for that item.

Giraffe Graphics are not responsible for:

·       Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.

·       Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.

·       Design errors introduced by the customer in the design creation process.

·       Errors in user-selected options such as product type or size.
